Terms & Conditions

• Please do not be more than 10 minutes early/late to your appointment.

• Please provide more than 24 hours notice to cancel appointments; rescheduling is a preferred option.

• Please bring a government issued photo ID every time you are receiving a service, even for returning clients.

• Please do not bring more than 2 guests with you. Due to limited space, only 1 support person is allowed in the piercing room at a time. Everyone else can feel free to wait in the lobby area.

• Parents MUST provide their own government issued photo ID + a copy of their child's birth certificate for any minors under the age of 18. If last names are different, please provide marriage certificate proving relation/name change. Contact studio ahead of time with any questions/concerns prior to appointment. Parent MUST be in piercing room with child receiving service for the entire duration of the service.

• No services for children under the age of 4. Consent from child is required to receive service along with consent from parent. Only the child receiving the piercing can be present, absolutely no other children in the studio.

• Please make an individual appointment for each service to allow adequate time, including jewelry downsizes, changeouts, or troubleshooting, in addition to piercing services.

• Appointments will take priority over walk-ins; please contact the studio ahead of time to find out availability. Walk-ins will be served on a first come, first served basis.

• Trained service animals are allowed per state law, studio will inquire what task the animal is trained to perform. No other animals are permitted.

• No pictures/video in the piercing room during the service being provided. This can be a distraction for the piercer/client as well as a privacy violation. Pictures and video are welcome and encouraged to be taken anywhere in the lobby, including the designated photo area!
